The Leather Archives & Museum is issuing an
ongoing call for submissions for its publication
Leather
Times. Published four times per year,
Leather
Times is distributed to members of the
LA&M, made available for download
at http://www.leatherarchives.org and is
currently offered in the EBSCO GLBT Life product in full
text format. EBSCO is the premium online information
resource for libraries, colleges and universities,
medical institutions and more. Contributing
articles of one to two pages are sought.
Submissions selected for publication will receive a $50
award.
The publication is focused on Leather /
fetish / BDSM sexuality history and culture.
Possible contributions include previously unpublished
works on historical analysis, interviews with experts on
the subject, reviews of related materials, art,
photography, or other related content. Content
that can be supplemented by images from the collections
of the Leather Archives & Museum are especially
encouraged. Text based submissions should be 750 -
1,500 words in length and image based submissions should
be best laid out on one to two 8.5 x 11" pages.
